Roles and Responsibilities
The core function of a governing body include :setting and monitoring the institution’s mission,
purpose,direction,priorities and strategies within the boundaries of the institutions constitution and legal obligations.
Managing Committee / board members have ultimate responsibility for directing the activity of the institution, ensuring it is well run and delivering the best practices and results.
The Principal is the head of the college and leads various team such as Department coordinators, Committee coordinators and Student Advisory Committee.
Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies departments are further classified as B.com BBA, BCA with a respective department coordinators for each of the course.
The various committee that is governed by the Christ Academy Institute for Advanced studies are Anti-Ragging/
Sexual Harassment Committee, Anti Ragging Squad Committee, Discipline Committee, Cultural Committee, Examination Committee, Students Advisory Committee.
A students Advisory Committee is formed and headed by a President and Vice President. It also consist of Sports Secretary, Literary Secretary, Cultural Secretary.
At Christ Academy the Administrator leads the office Administration department, Finance department and Maintenance department.
